It is the only apartment on the ground floor. This gives it three special features: It is barrier-free, has a spacious terrace and offers direct access to the garden. The 65 m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms (both with a double bed, one with an extra bed), a kitchen with a dining area, and a separate bathroom and toilet. In the bathroom you have enough space in addition to the walk-in comfort shower and the double washbasin. Each bedroom and dining area also has its own TV.
Holiday apartment Top 3 is also on the upper floor. On 45 m2 there is a living/dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet. In contrast to the other two holiday apartments, the kitchen in the "Buntspecht" holiday apartment is separate from the living and dining area. In the living area, a sofa offers space for 1-2 children to sleep or a comfortable place to read or watch TV. This holiday apartment has two balconies, one of which has a view to the west towards the Großeck and one to the north towards the castle.
